Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions we’ve gotten from pet owners and previous clients. Whether you’re wondering what a typical day for your pet is while you’re away, or you’re curious whether your pet will be exposed to other animals, I’m happy to address any questions and concerns you may have. Do I need to give you a key to my house?

Although many of our clients choose to leave a house key with us,particularly if their pets are indoor cats, it is entirely up to you, whether or not you would like to do that. We are happy to take care of your pets outside, via the side gate.

My cat needs to go to the vet. Can you take her?

Yes, we certainly can. Please contact us to discuss.

Do you have experience with birds, horses and exotic pets?

Yes, we do.

How many dogs can you walk at once?

We will only walk dogs from the same household. Number depends on the dogs obedience, but the usual number is two... Feel free to discuss

Do you offer pet boarding facility?

We take care of your pets in your home. Having said this, if you have a bird, guinea pig or a rabbit, please contact us. We may be able to arrange for home stay.

Can you administer medications?

Yes, we certainly can. We are qualified Veterinary Nurses.

When do you require payment?

Non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking with the balance due 5 working days prior the visit. Should you need to cancel any visit(s), we will happily refund 85% of the total cancelled visit value, (not including deposit).

Do you charge more on Public Holidays?

Yes. There is 30% surcharge for Public Holidays.
